Ragunan Zoo Ragunan Zoo is located in the area Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Indonesia. An area of 140 hectare zoo was founded in 1864. Inside, there are various collections consisting of 295 species and 4040 specimens.
Monas or National Monument
Monas or National Monument or Tugu Monas is a monument as high as 132 meters (433 feet) which was established to commemorate the resistance and the Indonesian people’s struggle for independence from the Dutch East Indies colonial administration. The monument is crowned with flames of gold-coated sheet which symbolizes the spirit of struggle burning. The National Monument is located right in the middle of Medan Merdeka Square, Central Jakarta. The monument and museum is open every day starting at 08:00 to 15:00 Western Indonesia Time. On Monday last week of every month is closed to the public.
Elephant Museum
National Museum of the Republic of Indonesia or the Elephant Museum, is a museum located in central Jakarta, and precisely at Jalan Merdeka Barat 12 [2]. Museum Gajah many of collecting ancient artifacts from around the archipelago. Among others included are collections of ancient statues, inscriptions, objects and other antique handicraft items. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah or Indonesian Miniature Park
Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Taman Mini) is a region of cultural theme park in East Jakarta Indonesia. This park is a summary of the national culture of Indonesia, covering various aspects of daily life of people 26 provinces of Indonesia (in 1975) is displayed in the pavilion area of traditional architecture, seta display various clothing, dances and traditions of the area. Mohammad Hoesni Thamrin Building is a museum of the history of the struggle for independence of the Republic of Indonesia is located at Jalan Kenari II Avg. 15, Central Jakarta.
